We love The Sea Latch! There is no way to beat the location for that price and they happily welcomed our dog. The room, was a little sparce but it had everything we needed pus a fantastic large shower and one of the most comfortable beds we've encountered in in a hotel. And clean, clean, clean. Plenty of room for our bags and I actually liked that the room was minimalistic and not cluttered. Its our go to hotel when we are in the area. The beach is right across the street - can't beat that. (be prepared though - the road gets very busy in the summer)

Nice size room, small kitchenette with plates, silverware, etc., small refrigerator but with separate freezer compartment, microwave, sink and cabinets. Balcony with a side view of the beach and ocean. Comfortable beds, nice tiled bathroom. It was really very nice. We were in the center building (i think they call it the Manor) on the 3rd floor (#304). Elevator worked fine. Not sure why other reviews were more critical, but we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Location! The best! You could hear the waves lapping it was so close to the beach. And our room was very clean. The staff on arrival made our stay here, they provided excellent customer service. Our room was missing the coffee pot and the microwave (enough towels and toilet paper) the young gentleman working along with his co worker (very nice and empathic young lady), did everything they could to bring us anything we needed. They even restored the ice machine on sight to working order.

Very easy check-in, informative and friendly staff and pet-friendly! We stayed in the middle/tall building on the 2nd floor, it was easy in & out with the elevator right by the door. The room was comfortable, spacious and we had a balcony. Location can't be beat - you can walk right across the road to catch sunrise at the beach with Nubble Lighthouse in clear view. This is my 2nd time staying here, the first with our dog - Will definitely stay again.

Great location, staff was very pleasant, the rooms were nicely remodeled. The king bed was super comfortable. Walkway right in front of the motel to cross the street to the ocean. Restaurants close to the motel.

I loved the natural light that comes in through the windows in the room, and the super courteous , and super friendly staff on top of a wonderful location steps from the beach where families can enjoy the Maine coast safely and in comfort. I personally LOVE that it is pet friendly and will be back soon!

The location of the room. It was on the side of the building but still had a view of the water. It was right across the road to the beach. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean.

The room and bathroom were extremelly clean. Also, it is the first time in a long time that I stay in a hotel that I can use my streaming accounts on the TV! A plus when you have children.

Great location right across from York Beach. Bathroom was big and clean. WiFi was included. Roku TV - check the apps as other guests logged in and stayed logged in so I could watch anything. Fridge in room. My key didn't work and I arrived at 9:30. Called the number, received a text and the offsite property manager came down to make things right.
